Content Use Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This policy explains how approved public marketing and technical knowledge content published on the RONDER website may be discovered and used. It applies alongside applicable law and does not replace rights held by third parties.
1. Open discovery and use of public content
RONDER supports the discovery, indexing, retrieval, grounding and citation of approved public product information, technical articles, blog content and other public marketing or technical knowledge content by mainstream search engines, AI search and retrieval services, and user-requested crawlers.
RONDER also permits the use of this approved public content for AI model training. This permission is reflected in the production website’s Content Signals declaration: ai-train=yes, search=yes, ai-input=yes.
2. Content not covered by this permission
This policy does not grant permission to use personal information, enquiry submissions, contact details supplied through forms, non-public materials, confidential information, credentials, protected system interfaces, or materials identified as belonging to a third party or subject to separate rights or restrictions.
It also does not grant a licence to use RONDER names, logos, trademarks or other brand assets beyond what applicable law permits.
3. Responsible use
Users and automated systems must not bypass access controls, misrepresent RONDER or its products, or present public content in a way that creates unsupported technical, commercial or company claims. Public content may change as verified information is updated.
4. Personal information
Personal information and product enquiries are governed by the Privacy Policy, not by this Content Use Policy.
5. Policy updates
RONDER may update this policy when its content-governance rules or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
