Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
Wenzhou Rongde Compressor Valve Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “RONDER”) provides product information and business enquiry channels through the RONDER website. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal information relating to website visitors and business contacts.
Our Content Use Policy separately explains the permitted discovery and use of approved public marketing and technical knowledge content. It does not apply to personal information, enquiry submissions, or other non-public materials.
1. Who controls your information
The controller is Wenzhou Rongde Compressor Valve Technology Co., Ltd., No. 52 Xingping Road, High-Tech Industrial Park, Puzhou Subdistrict, Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to sales@ronder-valve.com and are handled by a company director or manager.
2. Information we process
When you send a product enquiry, we may process information you provide, including your name, company or organisation, email address, country or region, telephone or WhatsApp number, product category, compressor manufacturer and model, medium or gas, operating parameters, enquiry message, source page, form language and privacy-policy acknowledgement.
The website may store your chosen language on your device to improve later navigation. We do not currently use the website for advertising tracking or behavioural profiling.
3. Why we process it
- to receive, confirm and respond to product or technical enquiries;
- to understand the compressor, valve, duty and complementary wear-part requirements involved;
- to maintain follow-up business and technical communication records;
- to prevent duplicate submissions, abuse and security incidents; and
- to meet applicable legal duties and respond to privacy rights requests.
We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing subscriptions or automated decision-making without obtaining any additional consent required by law.
4. Legal basis and required information
We process enquiry information on the basis of the clear acknowledgement you provide when submitting the form. Where permitted by applicable law, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to respond to a legitimate business request, or to comply with a legal obligation. Fields marked as required help us identify and respond to the enquiry; without them, we may be unable to handle the request effectively.
5. Storage, recipients and internal notification
When you submit information through our website enquiry form, we record the contact details, company information, enquiry requirements, and necessary technical parameters that you provide in the authorised Feishu Bitable workspace “Business Operations Center” used by Wenzhou Rongde Compressor Valve Technology Co., Ltd. It is the business system of record for enquiry content and is used to handle enquiries, support technical communication, follow up with customers, and retain necessary business records. These business records are handled in mainland China. Website form requests are subject to immediate security validation and forwarding through a Cloudflare Worker; that service is not used as long-term storage for enquiry content. Authorised RONDER personnel access the records only as needed to perform their business responsibilities, and may receive new-enquiry alerts in an internal Feishu group.
We may engage providers of immediate security validation, internal collaboration, or other necessary services to process relevant information on our behalf, subject to appropriate protection requirements. We do not sell or publicly disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties unless required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or authorised by you.
6. International enquiries and other communication channels
We accept business enquiries from mainland China and other countries or regions. Enquiry content submitted through the website form is retained in the Feishu business-record system described above; the Cloudflare Worker only performs immediate validation and forwarding and does not retain enquiry content. If you choose to communicate through email, WhatsApp or another third-party channel, that provider may process the communication in other countries or regions under its own terms.
7. Retention
We retain enquiry information for one year from submission to handle enquiries, support technical communication, follow up with customers, and retain necessary business records. We will delete or anonymise information when the purpose has ended and no legal retention duty applies. A company director or manager reviews access permissions and retained records at least annually.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction, completion or deletion of your personal information; restriction of or objection to certain processing; withdrawal of consent; or an explanation of our processing rules. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. We may verify your identity before acting on a request to protect the information involved.
9. Security
We use measures such as access control, encrypted transmission, restricted logging, input validation, rate limiting and internal operating procedures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal information incident occurs, we will take remedial and notification steps required by applicable law.
10. Children
This website is intended for industrial and business customers and is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that a child’s personal information has been collected inadvertently, we will take the deletion or other action required by law.
11. Policy changes
We will update this policy when material changes are made to processing purposes, information categories, recipients, retention rules or applicable requirements, and will obtain renewed consent where required. The date at the top identifies the current version.
